Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Custom embroidery orders may require additional time and will be processed once final approval is received.

Domestic Shipping
We ship to all U.S. states and territories. Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to select countries. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. Orders shipped to the USA and Canada under $800 USD are generally not subject to import tariffs or duties. This exemption is in accordance with current de minimis thresholds but may vary depending on local customs regulations. Should you have been charged any tariffs, please feel free to contact us so that we may do our utmost to accommodate you.
